Successfully placed orders

客戶將收到一封包含訂單細節的確認電郵。如果您沒有收到電郵,請檢查您的垃圾郵件過濾器,或通過 breatheandorder@abundanceplanet.com 進行確認。

Customers will receive e-mail confirmation with the order details.  If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us at breatheandorder@abundanceplanet.com for confirmation.

處理時間

Processing time 

庫存商品:  1-2個工作天(週末及公眾假期除外)。

In stock items: within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).


預購商品: 在庫存後1-2個工作天內處理。

Pre-ordered items: are processed within 1-2 business days of arrival in stock.


如遇颱風等惡劣天氣,處理時間可能會有所延遲。

In case of bad weather such as typhoon, the processing time may be delayed.

請檢查並確保您輸入正確的地址和聯絡電話號碼。我們不承擔因顧客提供錯誤資訊引致訂單被退回的任何責任。顧客需要支付因此產生的額外運費和物流公司行政費用(如識用)以便完成訂單。

Please review and ensure you have entered the correct address and contact number.  We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the details that you provide.  If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, customers are required to pay extra shipping cost and administration fees charged by logistic company (if applicable) in order to complete the order.

雖然香港沒有銷售稅,但客戶應注意包裹可能會被徵收進口關稅和/或海關費用,這些費用由各自的海關部門收取,和並不包括在提供的運費中。客戶需要負責任何適用的費用。


While there is no sales tax in Hong Kong, customers should note that shipment may be charged import duties and/or custom fees which are subject to respective customs department and are not included in the shipping cost to be provided.  Customers are responsible for any applicable charges.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the ordered goods can be imported, and for ensuring they meet the relevant requirements in accordance with your local law.  We are not responsible for any breach and loss which may be arise as a result of the exportation and the order will not be refunded.
