DIRECTIONS

Directions for Use

Diffusion: add a few drops to the diffuser.  Diffuse up to 30 minutes each time and not more than 3 times daily.

Topical: apply to the desired area.  In case of sensitivity, dilute with a carrier oil of your choice to minimise skin irritation or allergy.

Cleansing: add a few drops in water and spray on yoga mat, front desk or in the environment.
